Your monthly HUA membership will give you access to personally attend four HUA sessions a month with an additional four free sessions on a Wednesday. You will have access to the HUA training program as prescribed weekly.

Do not commit to membership  if you currently have a sedentary lifestyle, that means DO NOT under any circumstance attempt any sessions.If you just commenced training or currently have any underlying health issues please contact me personally for my recommendation. If you engage in any HUA sessions prescribed you do so at your own risk. It is advisable that if your current BMI is 30 or greater that you visit your GP for a physical examination that clears you for any type of fitness training,HUA training included.
